Dr. Edward Carr
The
DDI community extends its deepest and most profound sympathies
to the friends and family of Dr. Edward “Ted” Carr who along
with his wife Ilene were tragically lost to us all.
There
are no words to convey the magnitude of this loss. Ted’s work
in Adaptive Behavioral Research has been a guiding light for
both families and professionals, and his teachings have been
accepted worldwide as the standard of care and support for those
caring for adults and children with autism and related
developmental disorders.
Ted
has been more than a good friend in his three decades of
association with DDI, he has been a valued working partner and
his immeasurable loss will leave a great void.
